Molar and Volumetric flow rate problem

Cyclohexane (C6H12) is produced by mixing Benzene and hydrogen. A process including a reactor, separator, and recycle stream is used to produce Cyclohexane. The fresh feed contains 260L/min C6H6 with 950 L/min of H2 at 100 °C and 150 kPa. The single pass conversion of H2 in the reactor is 48% while the overall conversion of H2 in the whole process is 75%. The recycle stream contains 90 mol% H2 and the remainder benzene.

a) Draw the diagram and evaluate the degree of freedom for this problem

b) Determine the molar flow rates of H2, C6H6, and C6H12in the exiting product.

c) Determine the volumetric flow rates of the product stream if it exits at 100 kPa and 200 °C

d) Determine the molar flow rate of the recycle stream and the volumetric flow rate if the recycle stream is at 100 °C and 100 kPa.
