The dynamic table modifies its information based on network traffic, decreasing the amount of manual maintenance. The fixed central table lets a manager alter only one table that is then read by another device. The fixed central table decreases the requirement to update each machine's table, as with fixed table. Generally a dynamic table reasons the fewest troubles for a network administrator, though the table's contents can modify without administrator being aware of the modification.
