1.You develop a questionnaire and send it to all of the employees in a particular company. Your purpose is to determine employee satisfaction with the current array of benefits.
2.You conduct an experiment during which one group of employees isasked to solve their on-the-job problems with assistance from various support departments in the company, while the control group continues to simply inform their supervisors of problems and wait for them to be fixed.
3.You collect data from interviews, observations, and by examining specific artifacts such as the employee handbook, bulletin boards, and the like to determine a company's expectations, policies, and practices regarding international work assignments (i.e., when employees from the United States are assigned to work in a branch, which is located in another country).
4.You gain access to the company's electronic data and conduct an ex-post facto analysis of productivity, absenteeism, tardiness, safety violations, and accidents over the past 5 years to determine the current status of each and trends.
