KSA is the best way by which one can identify the best of himself or herself means Knowledge which determines about the information a person is having for the specific subject then sense means a how a person is using his knowledge in the interested field so he can feel better and he can enjoy as well as get the good output then comes the abilities which is the most important thing to complete all the above procedure because it determines about the abilities and skills a person is having to finish the taken goal.
These three things are very important in life cycle of an information system and information system process is incomplete without these steps.

We would need to implement a computerized time entry systems so that the problems which we are facing today cannot be present for tomorrow or day after.
The process will be like this:
1. ) For implementing the process the first step is we will analyze the system after observing it from so many days that we are facing problems in employees flexibility their entry and exit timing problems have been observed while maintain the attendance and when the matter of salary came then these problems are the main concern.
We have analyzed that there is a real problem which occurs in our company where employees are not dedicated and hard working in their work which can affect the business also tomorrow because market reputation can also get down which we have made stable from many years .
2.) Now that we have realized and analyzed the problems which are resulting us to losses in business then we need to plan it accordingly as per our convenience as well as our customer’s convenience. We will plan the choices we have like to implement the total system as per the perfect result want by us.
3.) After planning the innovations which are needed in our organizations for better reputation and maximum profit we need to design the total steps and the ways how we will do it. We will design the process as per our suitability and earnings as well as maximum resources and utilization.4.) After the designing have taken place we will now implement the steps as per the defined strategy and mission of our organization. Now the whole old steps and methods have been implemented there is one final step.
5.) The last step would be to recognize if there is any mistake which occurred in the above process. If not then we will finalize and declared the new policy of the company which has just now implemented.
