The sensory fiber which first conducts arch reflex connects with neurons of arch reflex however it also connects with secondary sensory neurons of spinal cord which transmit information upwards to other neurons of brain. This is obvious because the person that received initial stimulus (e.g., the percussion on his/her kneecap) perceives it (meaning that the brain became conscious of fact).
