Alzheimer disease is the mainly frequent form of dementia. It is a brain disease caused because of tau protein misfolding. This disease is not curable. This is degenerative disease. It can be diagnosed throughout MRI scan or PET. This disease is found in commonly above 65 years of age. Its symptoms comprise confusion, irritation, aggression and mood swings. This disease is named after German neuropathology and psychiatrist Alois Alzheimer in the year of 1906.
