In what condition a grievance is to be communicated?
Expert
The communication of grievances must be done formally. This can be communicated through:
i) A written document. ii) E-mail.
The organizations which permit the employees to see the top level executives straightly with their grievances are called to have ‘Open Door Policy’. Most of the lower level employees do not find it much contented to approach the top executives straightly. The organizations in which the employee is needed to talk to his immediate senior concerning his grievances, who either offers a solution or escalates the grievance, are called to have ‘Step Ladder Policy’ for grievance handling.
