Explain how many meals are recommended to keep as healthy?

Even term "meal" seems a bit unwarranted for most of the events. If I have a granola bar and a fruit shake about 3pm, is that a "meal"? What will if I go browse web for an hour, then have a sandwich with some milk- is that a continuation of granola/shake meal, another meal, a snack, are both snacks-is there any reason to care? No. Focus over the eating right and eating when you're hungry. The rest must by take care of itself.
