7. Computerized Information System: Development of Computerized Information System comprises two principal areas of personnel management:
(a) electronic computers use for the gathering and processing of information
(b) The direct computers application in the managerial decision making procedure.
8. Mobility of Professional Personnel: As people develop better technical and professional proficiency; their services will be more in demand by other organizations.
9. Changes in Legal Environment: To be aware of change and to create necessary modification within the organizations for better use of human resources can be attained is the responsibility of the human resource or personnel executive.
10. Management of Human Relations: New generation of workers will be more difficult to encourage than their predecessor. This will be in part the consequence of a alteration in value systems along with rising learning levels.
