Biotin (also termed as vitamin B8) is a vitamin which acts in the metabolism of amino acids and other acids. The Pantothenic acid (also termed as vitamin B5) is significant for the aerobic cellular respiration as it acts in the transport of acyl radicals and acetyl. Biotin is made up by bacteria which live in human digestive tube (beneath inter-specific harmonious ecological interaction) and this supply in common is sufficient for the body. Pantothenic acid and Biotin are found in cereals, vegetables, fish, eggs, milk and lean meat.
