Framework for Case Study

Since the objective of this project is to examine the interaction between an innovation, the

implementing entrepreneur or lead team, and the environmental considerations affecting the innovation's introduction. The Timmon's Model could be the backdrop of our case study.

We could start with the early beginning of Richard's business endeavor, the process of creativity, communication in getting business funding, resources that persist during those times and the team that makes it happened.

Then, we could highlight the innovation itself, what we think is the innovation; the Virgin branding and the business model for Richard's global enterprise and why it is still privately owned.

The conclusion will draw Richard's journey from the start till now, even without formal business training he has exhibited traits of a well learned businessman.
