Explain the term Vdisk and how this will communicate along with physical data storage at the time of data retrieval by AMP?

All AMP vproc should have access to an array controller that in turn accesses the physical disks. AMP vprocs are related with one or more ranks or mirrored pairs of data. The sum of total disk space related with an AMP is termed as a vdisk. A vdisk may have up to three ranks. Therefore Vdisk will communicate with physical storage by array controllers.
