Explain the use of a Seal?
Expert
The law recognizes and enforces agreements made under seal since the seal is accepted in lieu of consideration. A seal is a mark that is put on a written contract to indicate a party’s intention to be bound by the terms of the document even though the other party has not given deliberation. To be pressed into hot wax an insignia is used, but instead from now onwards a minute red adhesive circle is used. It is even sufficient to write “seal” on the document as long as this is done at the same time as the party signs the document.
It like that you click of a mouse it will become the newest seal when it is tested in the court by the first party that tries to enforce a promised but undelivered Internet-based benefit.
