Gastrulation is the procedure by which a part of the blastula wall goes through invagination in the blastocele, structuring a tube known as archenteron (primitive intestine). The cells of the inside side of the tube form the endoderm (germ layer) and cells of the external side form the ectoderm (another germ layer). It is starting of the tissue differentiation in embryonic.
