Archenteron is the tube produced during gastrulation through invagination of the blastula wall in the blatocele. It is the source of the gastrointestinal tract. Blastopore is the opening of archenteron to the outer. Blastopore gives birth to one of the extremities of digestive tube: anus in deuterostome, or mouth in protostome beings.
