Inflammation refers to the initial response of unspecific defence system versus the aggressions against body (the aggressions is caused by the chemical contamination, infectious parasites, trauma, physical agents such as heat and autoimmunity, fire, and so on). During the inflammation, a series of the unspecific leukocytes present within the circulation are generally attracted to the injury site in an attempt to demolish the harmful agents and to separate the affected region of the tissue.
