What do you mean by the term parabolic splines? Explain it in short.

For the parabolic splines a parabola is fitted via the first three point’s p1, p2, p3 of the data array of kot points. Then second parabolic arc is found to fit the series of point’s p2, p3, p4. This continues in this manner till a parabolic arc is found to fit via point’s pn-2, pn-1 and pn. The final plotted curve is the meshing altogether of all such parabolic arcs.
