Explain Mobile IP
Give a brief explanation of the term Mobile IP.

When the user leaves the network with which his device is allocated (home network) and enters the domain of a foreign network, the foreign network employs the Mobile IP protocol to notify the home network of the care-of address to that all packets for user's device must be sent.
