Explain Fund Condition Statement

Fund Condition Statement: A budget display, comprised in the Governor’s Budget, shortening the operations of a fund for the past, present, and budget years. The display comprises the starting balance, previous year adjustments, loans, revenue, transfers, expenditures, the ending balance, and any reserves. The fund state Statements are needed for all extraordinary funds. The Fund Condition Statement for the General Fund is Summary Schedule 1. The other funds are exhibited at the discretion of the Department of Finance.
