Expert
The DNA vaccine, or we can say DNA vaccination, is a vaccination technique based on genetic engineering. In DNA vaccine a recombinant plasmid (vector) including the gene of a particular antigen which is part of a given pathogenic agent is placed into cells of the individual to be immunized. These cells then start to produce the antigen which triggers the initial immune response and theoretically specific one becomes immunized against such antigen.
