Phagocytosis takes place in our body when some of the foreign particle enters inside it; our white blood cells swallowed it in, and then digest it. It is also how some of the microorganisms such as ameoba get their food. Can you drink isopropyl alcohol? You may drink anything, really. You can also drink gasoline if you want.
