Evolutionary analogy or homology

If the limbs which are modified into the wings of bats and the wings of birds are specifying the evolutionary analogy or homology? What can you say about the whale fins as compared to the fish fins?

Wings of the bat and bird perform same function and the same origin so they are said to be homologous and analogous organs. Fins of whale are the modification of posterior limbs whereas fish fins having the same function do not come from the modified limbs; so they are analogous but nothomologous structures. Evolutionary homology implies common ancestry whereas biological analogy relates to concept of the evolutionary convergence, appearance of the similar features in evolutionarily distant species which explore same type of environment.
