I want a good answer on the topic of normative economics. Please give me your opinion that if wealth and income both were redistributed by the richest one to the poorest five percent of the population, conclusion of an economist would be that: (w) society gains since the poor require the income more than the rich. (x) it is socially bad since somebody lost. (y) society gains since more people were helped than were made worse off. (z) assessing the consequence on social welfare needs a value judgment.
