Combination of the optical dosage and routes of the administration will induces a peak immune response in the given animal. An insufficient dose will not stimulate an immune response. An excessive dose will not provide a peak immune response as it causes the state of the immunological unresponsiveness or non-response termed as the immunological tolerance.
