Difference between GoF and J2EE patterns

Difference between GoF and J2EE patterns:

GoF DESIGN PATTERN: The Gang of Four was the first publishing a book regarding design patterns. The patterns are basic in nature and can be applied to approximately any object oriented system.

J2EE DESIGN PATTERN: J2EE patterns are much more specialized, clearly. Several are actually specialized versions of GoF patterns, applied to problems particular to J2EE development.
