Bacteria are prokaryotic cells, that is, they do not contain membrane-delimited nucleus. Eukaryotes contain cells with delimited nucleus. Where in such kinds of cells can DNA are found?

In eukaryotic cells, DNA is found in the cell nucleus. In prokaryotic cells, DNA is found scattered in the cytosol, the fluid space within the cell.

The other DNA molecules can also be found in chloroplasts and mitochondria, specialized organelles of the eukaryotic cells.
