The types of leukocytes are monocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils. Granulocytes are such in whose cytoplasm there are granules (whenever viewed beneath electronic microscopy): eosinophils, neutrophils and basophils are granulocytes. Agranulocytes are the other leukocytes: monocytes and lymphocytes.
