Describe Joint Application Development or JAD

Joint Application Development (JAD): It is a process which accelerates the design of information technology explanations. JAD employs customer participation and group dynamics to precisely depict the user's view of the business requirement and to jointly build up a solution. Prior to the advent of JAD, needs were recognized by interviewing stakeholders separately. The uselessness of this interviewing method, which focused on individual input instead of group consensus, led to the development of JAD approach.
