BID ADMINISTRATION: Generally a RFP is prepared by a set of team than a single person of single team. BID office is created for similar purpose. Collectively working in a particular RFP or BID refers to BID administration. Generally a BID owner is identified then who interacts with BID response stakeholders to make sure a single composite BID response is prepared.
