Define Sales Cycle Management

Sales Cycle Management: The sales cycle is the order of phases that a classical customer goes through while deciding to buy something. Like a rule, the sales cycle is illustrated from the customer's perspective. The initial phase of the sales cycle may be either the perception of a product of customers, or a perception of a requirement that the product might satisfy. The subsequent steps contain research and evaluation; the final step is the customer's decision to purchase that product.
