Prototype tooling as essential division fixturing, in addition to the employ of rigid steel framing and manual clamping that is fabricated from a customer's parts.

Prototype tooling offers a concept of what the production tooling is intended to be. It is not intended for production tooling. If the prototype tooling is tried out, final tooling could be passages to you and provided.

Prototype tooling does not comprise: tooling design drawings, part presence sensors or pneumatic clamping and is not subjected to a customer's specifications or original design. Prototype tooling exhibits the right way to weld the element and also shows how tooling can be instituted at low cost to the customer.
