Define Project Management

Project Management: It is the planning and organization of an organization's resources in order to shift a particular task, event or duty in the direction of completion. Project management usually includes a one-time project instead of an ongoing activity, and resources managed comprise both human and financial capital.

A project manager will assist in defining the objectives and goals of the project, determine whenever the different project components are to be finished and by whom, and build quality control checks to make sure that finished components meet some standard.
