Organizational learning: Through the help of decision making and ideas implementing, organization is able to create and maintain a focus on change and innovation thus also is able to maintain the change. This improves the efficiency of the organization and increase the diversity which also creates organization learning. Organization learning is possible with two important reasons such as interest level, the nature of the organization, the team building management, the power which is associated with the management and with its employees is necessary for the organization to learn. This process is creating and achieving the organization culture in an organization successfully.
