Define Organizational Design

Organizational Design: This refers to the way that an organization aligns and structures its people and resources. Most of the organizations put a lot of effort into the design of their association based on the belief that the design has a big impact on the organization's functioning and effectiveness.

Organizational Design as a methodical approach to configuring and aligning structures, culture, processes, leadership, people practices and metrics to allow organizations to attain missions and strategies. This approach is employed to make decisions regarding grouping people and resources altogether to create the best atmosphere. Company management teams too use Organizational Design to reconfigure procedures for more efficient approaches.
