Organizational Culture: It is a concept introduced by researchers to elucidate the values, attitudes, psychology, beliefs, and experiences of the organization. Usually speaking, it is vision as the shared norms and values of individuals and groups in an organization. This set of mutual understandings controls the method individuals interact with one other in the organization and also with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders existing exterior the boundaries of the association.
