Define the term Latency and Bandwidth?

Network presentation is measured in Latency i.e. in Delay and Bandwidth i.e. in throughput. Latency corresponds to how long time it takes to travel a message from one end of a network to the other end. It is exactingly calculated in terms of time. Bandwidth of a network is defined by the number of bits which can be transmitted over the network in a certain time period.
