For an organization to achieve a goal they have to meet certain criteria’s includes various activities like hiring the manpower and train them to achieve the company goals. The concept of resistance to change with employee readiness to change is:
1) Training and development: Managers are playing Key role in the organization. Implementation or any changes in favor of the organization can be done by the mangers. They are Pillars of the success for an organization. Planning, Decision making, organizing and maintain all key activities done by the Managers. Well trained mangers can play all these activities in an effective manner.
2) Motivation: Motivation work like fuel for manager which help to recharge time to time and generate energy in manager. Motivation is not important for managers this is important for all human because with time and regular activities people are losing their hopes and feel boar with their activities. Motivation always motivates people to perform better and better in future which also help to achieve the individual goals as well as organizational goal.
3) Work environment: work environment also important for manager and help in organizational change. Work environment affect the performance of the managers or individuals’ who are working within the organization. A healthy and good work environment always provides good opportunities for their employees and help in achieve success.
4) Work culture: Work culture provide the way by which every employee gets their predefined goals and objectives. Work culture arises from combination of organization environment and employees behaviors.
5) Performance appraisals: Performance appraisals increase and motivate their employees to perform better and achieve their target on time. Performance appraisals push those employees who are not performing goods now but they have potential. Managers used this is as a strategy to achieve their objective and goals for organization.
6) Reward and Recognitions: Managers should think about appraising those members in the employees who perform well and reward them highly with recognitions this create positive perspective among the others that he they also perform good they also get reward and recognition.
7) Behavior: Managers’ behavior very important for the organization. Behaviors define the manager’s approach towards the employees and also help to build good relationship with employees.
8) Ethics and Values: Ethics and values essentials for every one. Ethics and values describe that your future plan, recognize the going activities; Analyze your work in social point. Your ethics and values help to others to move on the right direction.
