Briefly distinguish the cell mediated and humoral immunity.

Cell mediated immunity is the accountability of a sub group of T4 cells which is termed as cytotoxic lymphocytes (or CTLs). The cell mediated immunity is included in the killing of cancer cells and prevent completion of the life cycle of pathogen and its growth.
Humoral immunity includes the synthesis of particular antibody molecules termed as the immune globulins by the B type lymphocytes.
