Bernoulli's equation

From Bernoulli's equation we know that presure head + velocity head at inlet and outlet header is same. If so  what is ' W' then in the equation ?

W refers to the power input from pump. Please note that we are applying the Bernoulli's equation between two points, first is at the Vacuum Degasser and second is right at the entrance of header box.
