Autograft: The tissue of original donor is grafted back to the similar donor. For example: Skin graft from thigh to the face is severely deformed case of the burnt individuals (or Plastic surgery).

Allograft: Graft between the allogenic individuals that is, members of the similar specific however of distinct constitution. Example: kidney transplanted from one human to the other.
