Authentic Leadership means true and more than free to instruct the team. The authority comes if management has no boundation on the leader then leader can his power and use his strategy over the team. Authentic leadership can be generated by first knowing the needs then by developing the solutions and then finally to support the team members with a leadership to come to the result. It also proves the reliability truly complete and best to knowledge.
Emotional intelligence defines the ability or the skills to measure ones’ emotions. Emotional intelligence is a broad term which defines the concept of the internal thought process which is useful in many aspects of leadership. It is to understand own self so that we know in advance what people will feel about us, about our skills, behavior, knowledge, capability and intelligence. So that makes helpful to build a good relationship and a leader can lead authentically.
From my point of view relationship theory is the better one among all the proposed theories related to leadership. Every theory has their own parameter and these theories based on these parameters. Because Leadership theory concentrate on building good relationship and mutual understanding between the two connected people to finish the desired goal. It also focuses on the abilities and satisfaction of the team mates and motivates them through many ways.
