Anthropic principle

What is Anthropic principle? Explain Weak anthropic principle and Strong anthropic principle?

Anthropic principle:

Weak anthropic principle

The situation essential for the development of bright life will be only met in certain areas that are restricted in space and time. That is, the area of the Universe in which we live is not essentially representative of a purely random set of preliminary conditions; only those favorable to bright life would really develop creatures who wonder what the preliminary conditions of the Universe were, and this procedure can only occur at certain times via the evolution of any specified universe.

Strong anthropic principle

A more vigorous argument than the weak principle: This implies that when the laws of the Universe were not favorable to the development of bright creatures to ask regarding the preliminary conditions of the Universe, bright life would never have developed to ask the question in the former place. In another words, the laws of the Universe are the method they are as if they weren't, no bright beings would be capable to consider the laws of the Universe at all.
