The exterior female genitalia is known as vulva. The vulva is the exterior opening of the vaginal canal, or else vagina. The vagina is copulation organ of females and its posterior limit communicates with the uterus via the uterine cervix. The uterus is splitted in two parts: the cervix and uterine cavity. Lateral walls of uterine fundus communicate with Fallopian tubes. Another extremity of each Fallopian tube ends in fimbria creating fringes in the abdominal cavity. Between uterine tube and ovary there is nevertheless intra-abdominal space.
